USE:
Designed to ensure maximum safety in monitoring different liquid levels and temperature inside the tank.
Suitable for tanks containing liquids compatible with the stainless-steel tube, such as hydraulic oils, lubricating oils (provided their viscosity does not exceed 220 cSt), fuel oils, petroleum products, and similar liquids.
OPERATION:
As the float moves along the guide tube and reaches the preset position, it actuates the built-in reed switch by means of the magnet housed inside the float. The electrical contact then opens or closes, allowing a remote signal to be transmitted. If the optional temperature sensor is selected, when the liquid temperature inside the tank changes (PT100) or reaches the preset switching value (THERMOSTAT), the device can transmit either an additional remote signal (THERMOSTAT) or the corresponding resistance variation (PT100).
ASSEMBLY:
The level indicator must be installed in a vertical position. Ensure that the float is kept at a minimum distance of 35 mm from any ferromagnetic surface (tank walls, steel structures, etc.) to guarantee proper operation.
